Mostly whining about being from a Tier 3 college is just having a Tier 3 mentality. We know people who did splendidly well regardless of which college they went to. Some would call them gifted, it's easy to say that rather than seeing what extra efforts they put. If you have a "fighter" and "hustler" attitude when you are studying, you will undoubtedly get numerous opportunities thus multiplying your chances of being successful in life. Don't complain about the circumstances that already are, change your mentality and fight for the wonders that you could do.
